Dimensions: Estimated: 42″ wide, 72″ long, 29″ high

Materials: East Indian Rosewood top, cast bronze base

Date: Circa 1969

Description: This one-of-a-kind dining table was a collaboration with Barbara Bisgyer, a sculptress. In the very beginning of my career, in 1969, I joined the Artist-Craftsmen of NY to seek exposure. Barbara, a fellow member and sculptress working in bronze, like my work and suggested a joint project where I would craft a wood top and she would create a bronze, sculptural base. The table was exhibited in the then Richard Eyen Gallery in Manhattan and was sold to a collector. It was my first major sale.
