Description: The Amethyst Table was part of a collaborative project with NYC designer Amy Lau, commissioned for show along with the Solar Wind fireplace surround. This is an example of my “Geolithic Carving” style, inspired by the action of water flowing over rock for billions of years. Each table is unique; the carving suggested by the lines and colors of each individual stone. Level areas allow the combination of a functional coffee table with a cool, contrasting accent in the sea of warm wood.
